Ohio Certified Inspection Bureau!
We are a third party inspection
agency. Our main office is located at 14 N. Court St., Suite
# 9, Athens, OH 45701. We cover
over 50 counties
in Southern Ohio and we are certified through Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission.
All of our inspectors are certified. They are also E.S.I.’s
(certified electrical inspectors). Although our name is
new, our inspectors have over 100 years combined experience in the inspection business.
We realize
time is money to installers. We are a one-stop agency. We will approve plans. Since
our seven inspectors are located throughout Southern Ohio, the installer can work
through the day, then call us for an inspection and we will dispatch our inspector
to the job site to inspect in the evening, making it possible for the installer
to go back to work the next day. Our inspectors are professionals
and know how to work with contractors. We will be honored to
do your inspections. Because of our experience and the fact that our inspectors
are located throughout Southern Ohio, we offer very
competitive rates.
